Start by telling us your travel dates, group size, interests, preferred travel style, and any places you already have in mind. This gives us a clear starting point for your New Zealand itinerary.

Step 2: We Talk Through the Options

We’ll arrange a relaxed phone or Zoom consultation to talk through your ideas, answer questions, and explain what is realistic for your time frame, budget, and travel pace.

Step 3: We Create Your Personalised Plan

We then design a custom itinerary with suggested destinations, accommodation, touring, transport, and experiences. The plan is built around how you want to travel, not a fixed package.

Once you have reviewed the itinerary, we make adjustments together. This may include changing the pace, upgrading accommodation, adding special experiences, or simplifying the route.

Step 5: Confirm, Travel and Stay Supported

When you are happy with the itinerary, we confirm the arrangements with a deposit and secure the key bookings. Before travel, you’ll receive your full itinerary and travel details in our app, with support available while you are in New Zealand.
