We’ll then set up a free consultation—either by phone or Zoom—so you can ask questions, explore ideas, and take the first step toward your custom multi-day private tour. Let’s bring your dream trip to life.

Step Two: We Handle the Planning, You Shape the Experience

Once we’ve spoken, we’ll get to work creating a personalised tour plan based on your travel style, interests, and budget. You’ll receive a clear outline of what we propose—including destinations, experiences, and accommodation—designed to match your vision.

From there, we’ll fine-tune the itinerary based on your feedback, making adjustments until it’s just right. Our goal is to craft a trip that feels like it was made for you—because it was.

Step Three: Secure Your Spot and Get Ready to Explore

The next step is to secure your custom tour booking. To do so, we require a 20% deposit plus the cost of any internal domestic flights we provide, with the remaining balance due sixty days prior to your travel date. Once the balance of your custom tour is paid for, we’ll provide you with access to a travel app that contains all the important details, itineraries, and up-to-date information, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips as your adventure approaches. Step Four: Your Journey Begins

Once you’ve arrived in New Zealand, your personalised travel app will be your go-to companion—keeping all your important details, updates, and daily plans in one easy place.

If anything unexpected comes up along the way, our 24-hour helpline is there to support you, so you can relax and enjoy every moment with confidence.

At the end of your tour, we’ll finalise any necessary changes or refunds and process them back to your card—this may take up to 21 days.
